We want you to love your Bellamy's Leura piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with any tags or packaging intact.

How to start a return

Email us at support@bellamysleura.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us at support@bellamysleura.com with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and any items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
